Jani Penttinen

Jani Penttinen has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2000, they worked as a Lead 3D Engineer at Westwood Studios. Jani then co-founded UMOCO in 2004, where they served as the CTO. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as the Executive Director at XIHA Software, overseeing the development of mobile and casual games in China. In 2007, they co-founded XIHA Ltd, a startup focused on building an international online community.

In 2008, Penttinen took on the role of CEO and co-founder at XIHA Ltd until 2011, during which time the company launched XIHA Life, a popular online platform connecting people worldwide.
