Guillaume Berchet is an experienced industrial engineer with a strong background in quality assurance, production management, and project leadership within the horological and manufacturing sectors. Currently working as an Ingénieur en industrialisation at ROLEX since July 2021, Guillaume previously held positions at ROLEX SA. as Ingénieur Qualité and at Antaes Consulting as Consultant Ingénierie Industrielle, where responsibilities included managing multiple projects and teams to drive product industrialization and capacity enhancement. Earlier roles at Praxair Surface Technologies included positions such as Responsable de production, where management of a 15-person team and achievement of quality and safety goals were key focus areas. With a solid educational foundation in mechanical engineering and industrial design from the Ecole Nationale d'ingénieurs de Belfort and IUT Annecy, Guillaume has honed expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies throughout various positions.
