Vitor Mello

Vitor Mello is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in energy law, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Since January 2019, Vitor serves as a partner in the energy sector at Rolim Goulart Cardoso Advogados, overseeing regulatory consultation and administrative and judicial litigation for various companies in the electric sector. Prior to this role, Vitor was a senior lawyer at ONS - Operador Nacional do Sistema Eletrico from November 2005 to November 2018, managing complex regulatory, civil, fiscal, and labor disputes while advising the company's executive board. Vitor's career also includes experience at Refinaria de Petróleos de Manguinhos S/A and Halbouti & Kerr Pinheiro Advogados, where responsibilities encompassed civil, corporate, contractual, and environmental law.
