Vivian Marcondes de Oliveira

Vivian Marcondes de Oliveira is a Senior Associate at Rolim Goulart Cardoso since March 2021, specializing in Energy and Environmental teams. Previously, Vivian worked as a lawyer in the Environmental team at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados from February 2017 to June 2019, and served as an International Legal Assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from June 2014 to June 2016. Vivian holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Environmental Law and Policy from Stanford Law School (2019-2020) and is a Master’s candidate in Law and Economics at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Additional qualifications include a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Energy Law from CEDIN Educacional, a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Environmental Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade de São Paulo.
