Brody Wakefield has worked in the restaurant industry since 2001. Brody started as a Restaurant and Bar Manager for Bonefish Grill in 2001 and then moved on to become a Wine Director/Dining Manager for Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in 2006. In 2010, they were appointed as the Director of Operations for roll: Development Co, LLC. In 2017, they became the Director of Catering Sales for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants and in 2018, they owned and operated a small local restaurant, Eight & Sand Tavern and Refuge, where they oversaw day-to-day operations, managed staff, designed and implemented menus, coordinated events, built community relationships, maintained the company website, balanced all P&L sheets, and recruited new staff. In 2020, they were appointed as the Director of Store Operations for roll: Bicycle Company.
Brody Wakefield attended Columbus College of Art & Design from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Bachelor's Degree.
