Jenn Garcia has extensive experience in human resources and legal support roles. Currently serving as the Director of HR and previously as HR Business Partner and HR Generalist at Roll20 since March 2020, Jenn has effectively managed HR processes and employee relations. Prior to this, Jenn worked at Charlie Palmer Collective as a Legal and Business Affairs Assistant, where responsibilities included new hire processing and benefits administration. Earlier professional experience includes a position as a Legal Assistant at SHOOK & STONE, focusing on worker's compensation, as well as working as a Food Server at Aloha Specialties Restaurant.
