Mario Pezer

Mario Pezer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and risk management. Currently serving as Lead Project Manager at Rolla since January 2024, Mario previously held positions at Newfire Global Partners and Devōt as a Business Analyst. At IT Odjel, Mario successfully established the PMO department and implemented project management methodologies. With over 14 years at UniCredit Bank Bosna i Hercegovina, Mario progressed through various leadership roles, including Head of Risk Management and Business Customers Audit, where responsibilities included risk assessments and internal audits. Mario holds a PhD in Information Science and a Master's in Economics from Sveučilište u Mostaru.
