David Woller

David Woller is a Customer Success at Rollbar. Prior to that, they worked as a Professional Services Consultant at Sumo Logic from August 2017 to May 2020. David is responsible for formulating and delivering new customer account configuration, education on best practices for admins and end users, and additional guidance/troubleshooting based on specific client goals and requirements. David has also proven ability to deliver positive results for up to 15 diverse clients with different business objectives.

Some of David's notable achievements include problem-solving an unexpected capacity overflow of Sumo clients attending a company-sponsored training event by procuring an additional space to accommodate a group of Delta engineers and individuals from SMB companies in Atlanta, monitoring live stream and CDNs for Super Bowls LIII and LIV while working in a network “war room”, and creating content and trained 1,700+ software developers, business analysts, site reliability engineers, security engineers, operations engineers, account executives from companies such as Fox Studios, Macquarie Bank Australia, Netflix, Docker, Fastly, Verizon Edgecast.

David has expertise in data collection/aggregation, log analysis, network monitoring, operational monitoring for microservice and containerized applications, security analytics, custom Python scripting, Linux terminal navigation and use of CLI tools such as AWS, GCP, docker, kubernetes. David has also delivered public presentations and demos covering technical concepts and methodologies.

David Woller has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Auburn University. David also has certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and from SuccessHACKER in Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 and Level 1.
