Alirio Guerra

Alirio Guerra serves as the Research & Development Manager at Rollease Acmeda since July 2006, leading a team of 16 R&D professionals and overseeing project management, staff recruitment, and departmental budget preparation. Alirio's experience encompasses mechanical engineering design, project management, and continuous improvement activities, while also mentoring junior engineers and managing cross-functional team coordination. Prior to this role, Alirio held positions including Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, Senior Design/Project Engineer at EW Cox International P/L, and Design Engineer at Tieman Industries P/L. Alirio started the career as a Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger after obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
