Doruk Bileke

Doruk Bileke has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Efesan Grup in 2017. Doruk then worked as an Educator at EduCare from January 2017 to June 2019. In 2019, they had multiple internships, including roles as an Intern at Valeo and a Management Consulting Intern at MC Imperium. Doruk also worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Koç Üniversitesi from February 2019 to December 2019. During the same year, they were a PEP Intern at Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş., where they were responsible for planning facility progress, coordinating stakeholders, and negotiating with suppliers. Most recently, they joined Rollic in 2020, where they progressed from a Growth Manager to a Senior Growth Manager, and currently holds the position of Team Lead, Growth.

Doruk Bileke attended İstek Belde Anadolu Lisesi from 2010 to 2015 where they completed their high school education. Doruk then furthered their education at Koç University from 2015 to 2020, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a GPA of 2.97 out of 4.0.
