Debbie Schultz

Debbie Schultz is a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in nutrition and wellness. Since October 2019, Debbie has served as a Registered Dietitian at Rolling Fields Eldercare Community. Prior to this role, Debbie worked at Encompass Health and Dietary Solutions as a Registered Dietitian from October 2018 to October 2019. From March 2015 to November 2017, Debbie held the position of Wellness Consultant at NOREBT Trust. Additionally, from November 2007 to November 2014, Debbie was a Client Strategy Advancement Consultant at Highmark Inc., focusing on data-driven health management strategies. Early in the career, Debbie provided outpatient nutrition therapy at MMCHS Mind-Body Wellness Center and served as a Clinical Dietitian at Meadville Medical Center Health System. Educational credentials include a Master's of Science degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Bastyr University, a Dietetic Internship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a minor in Gerontology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Debbie is also a licensed dietitian.
