J.p. MacPherson

J.P. MacPherson, IV is an experienced professional in golf course management, currently serving as the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Rolling Green Golf Club since October 2022. Previously, MacPherson held the role of Golf Course Superintendent at Great River Golf Club from October 2019 to October 2022 and worked as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at The Apawamis Club from January 2017 to October 2019. Early career experiences include positions at Oakmont Country Club as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent in Training (A.I.T.) and Golf Course Superintendent Intern, as well as a Golf Course Superintendent Intern at Sewickley Heights Golf Club. MacPherson holds a degree in Golf Course Turfgrass Management from Penn State University and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Theology and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame, where involvement included mentoring for the Notre Dame Vision Program.
