Currently serving as the Artist Relations & BOH Operations Manager at Rolling Loud Festival since July 2021, Emma has also held the position of Artist Relations Coordinator within the same organization. Additionally, Emma is an Artist Manager at Kompass Music Group and previously worked as an Artist Manager at Independent Artist Management.
