Elizabeth Chandler

Elizabeth Chandler is the current Corporate Secretary & Chief Legal Officer at Rollins. Prior to this, they served as General Counsel, Vice President, Corporate Secretary at Asbury Automotive Group from January 2009 to December 2012. There, they navigated the company through challenging economic times, Chair/CEO/CFO transition, class action litigation, debt refinancings and implementation of a comprehensive legal compliance program. From 2006 to 2009, Chandler served as City Attorney for the City of Atlanta, appointed by Mayor Shirley Franklin to oversee all legal issues for the City. This included water, aviation, public safety, economic development and financial stability cases. Prior to that, they were Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mirant Corporation from January 2000 to December 2006. Elizabeth began their career as a partner at Troutman Sanders LLP from 1988 to 2000.

Elizabeth Chandler attended the University of Georgia School of Law and received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.

Elizabeth Chandler reports to Gary W. Rollins, Chairman & CEO. They work with Jerry Gahlhoff Jr - President & COO, Paul E. Northen - SVP, CFO & Treasurer.
