John Kane is a seasoned entomologist and analyst currently serving as the National Accounts Entomologist and Analyst for Rollins, Inc. since February 2024. In this role, John focuses on maintaining service quality through on-site root cause diagnosis, trend analysis, and data mining to identify leading indicators of quality issues. Prior to this position, John held the role of Division Entomologist & Technical Services Manager at Orkin Pest Control from February 2015 to February 2024 and served as Regional Entomologist/Technical Specialist at Western Pest Services from February 2009 to January 2015. John holds a Master of Science in Entomology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC San Diego.
