Lauren Herron has extensive work experience in the human resources and talent acquisition field. Lauren began their career at DWP//Bates Technology, where they worked as an Account Manager and later transitioned into an HR role as an HR Coordinator. Lauren then joined Americold Logistics, LLC, where they held various positions including HR Coordinator, Manager of Corporate HR/HR Business Partner, Director of HR & Recruiting, and Senior Director of Recruiting. In 2004, Lauren became Vice President of Corporate Human Resources/Recruiting at Americold Logistics, LLC, overseeing a large team and managing recruitment strategies. Lauren later joined Rollins, Inc. in 2017 as the Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role, they are responsible for managing the talent acquisition process and ensuring the company attracts and hires the best candidates.
Lauren Herron has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Florida State University - College of Business, which they completed from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Business from Riverview HS, which they completed from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in the Executive Education Leadership Program from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2019.
