Chris Eades

As RollMaster’s Sales Coordinator, Chris works closely with the sales and marketing departments to coordinate scheduling efforts for the busy sales team, which also includes managing crucial customer follow-up. His duties also include assisting with new API Integration program rollouts, like the popular RM Text Alerts, which allows for automatic text and email messaging reminders for Installation Appointments. Chris has also been busy reaching out to non-B2B manufacturers and distributors in an effort to increase industry participation in that important initiative. Prior to joining RollMaster in December 2019, Chris spent several years working for a Fortune 16 Communications company, where he gained valuable experience in sales, operations, and account support. His educational experience includes an A.S. in Computer Science, as well as an A.S. in Electrical Engineering, from Bluefield State College in West Virginia.
