Christian Franz

Christian Franz possesses extensive experience in project leadership and industrial engineering, currently serving as the Project Lead for Interior Trim Production on the RR25 - Spectre project at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars since April 2019. Previous roles include an Interior Trim Planner at Rolls-Royce and an Intern in Process Optimisation in Sales & Marketing at Porsche. Christian completed a Bachelor Thesis at IAV GmbH focusing on Cost Engineering and held internships at e.GO Mobile AG in Industrial Engineering, where production planning and digitalization were key focuses, as well as at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and BMW Group, both emphasizing process improvement. Early career experiences include a service year with BV Chemnitz 99 e.V. and quality inspection at HQM Meß-, Prüf- und Wekstoffzentrum GmbH. Christian holds a Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Chemnitz, attained in 2018.
