Freddy Webster

Freddy Webster is an experienced professional currently serving as the Quality Systems and Torque Tooling Manager at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, where responsibilities include overseeing teams focused on computer-aided quality systems and maintaining torque-controlled tooling across two shifts. Previously, Freddy managed the Starlight Headliner production area, ensuring timely delivery in a similar two-shift operation. Early career experience includes a trainee production engineer role at Toyota Motor Europe, where a key achievement was the implementation of a transmission oil filling traceability system, and serving as a STEM ambassador while promoting STEM education during university studies.
