Adair Swan holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA, with academic credentials from Newcastle University and The University of Salford. Adair Swan has extensive experience in the aviation industry, having served in various leadership roles at Rolls-Royce, including Director of Commercial Aviation for the Trent XWB and Senior Vice President of Services. Additionally, Adair Swan has held the position of Programme Director for multiple engine programs, such as the Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 500, and RB211. Other significant experience includes serving as an Advisor to the European Commission and holding the position of Head of Strategic Planning at Rolls-Royce.
