Aditya Tambe

Aditya Tambe is a skilled Graduate Performance Engineer at Rolls-Royce, having also served as a Graduate Digital Manufacturing Engineer, where responsibilities included the implementation of IoT systems and management of robotics technology setups. As part of the Design, Make, and Test Team, Aditya utilized agile and waterfall project management techniques while managing customer relationships. Previous experiences encompass work as a Graduate Aerothermal Engineer focused on multidisciplinary optimization for fan design, and involvement in lifecycle engineering analyses within the Operations Room. Aditya has also gained academic experience as a Mathematics and Physics Tutor at Tutorful, served as Team Principal for Imperial Formula Racing, and completed an internship at Unilever focused on supply chain localization strategies. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
