Dr. Sebastian Resch

Dr. Sebastian Resch serves as the Operations Director and Chief Operating Officer for Civil Aerospace at Rolls-Royce, overseeing a global supply chain and a network of 23 factories and 6 joint ventures. In addition, Dr. Resch holds a non-executive director position at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Managing Director at Siemens, where responsibilities encompassed the supply chain and manufacturing network, and as General Manager for the Turbine Blades and Vanes business unit. Dr. Resch has also held senior positions at MT Aerospace AG and MTU Maintenance, focusing on supply chain management, procurement, and lean program implementation. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Supply Chain Management and engineering degrees in Production and Management, as well as Electrical Engineering.
