At Rolls-Royce, Kate Swanson serves as Senior Talent & DE&I Leadership for Civil Aerospace and holds the position of Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition & Operational Restructuring and Redeployment. Prior to this, Kate Swanson was Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Rolls-Royce.
