Kurt Mink

Kurt Mink is a seasoned engineering and manufacturing professional currently serving as the Chief of Manufacturing Engineering - Operations at Rolls-Royce since September 2023. With a robust background that includes leadership roles such as Director of Engineering & Manufacturing at Cork Medical and Director of Engineering & Product Development at EnerDel, Kurt has successfully established strategic roadmaps for global growth, managed extensive engineering teams, and implemented lean manufacturing principles. Prior roles at Rolls-Royce contributed to expertise in manufacturing engineering management, technical authority, and problem resolution within complex systems. Kurt holds a Master of Science in Engineering Technology from Purdue University and in Sustainability, Technology, and Innovation from Dublin Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
