Lee Glazier

Lee Glazier is the Head of Digital Integrity at R² Data Labs within Rolls-Royce, a position held since 2007. In this role, Lee Glazier ensures the security of data, the stability of digital services, and the reliability of advice provided by the organization, while also managing initiatives towards an Artificial Intelligence vision for 2023/4. Previously, Lee Glazier served as Chief of World Class Systems, overseeing global improvement programs in areas such as CAE, CFD, and High Power Computing, and as Chief of Requirements Management, leading the development and deployment of requirements management practices across Rolls-Royce. Prior experience includes serving as Project Engineering Director at Bombardier Transportation, where Lee Glazier led the engineering team in delivering complete train designs while focusing on technical excellence, schedule adherence, and customer relationships. Lee Glazier holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Nottingham Trent University.
