Paul Jones

Paul Jones is an experienced professional in the aerospace and technology sectors, currently serving as the Director of Research & Technology Programs at Rolls-Royce since January 2007. In this role, Paul oversees research and technology initiatives supporting US Military Services, DoD agencies, and NASA, focusing on technology advancement from concept to demonstration. Prior positions include managing a portfolio of GT & Genset Development projects and supporting program executives with budget and schedule adherence. Paul began his career at Raytheon, holding various engineering roles, including Mechanical Systems Design Engineer, providing critical support for aircraft modifications. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
