Phil Priest

Phil Priest is an experienced leader in global business services, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Elfs Shared Services and the Head of GBS at Rolls-Royce. With a strong background in transformation and operational excellence, Phil held the position of SVP of GSS at IFF and previously served as SVP Global Business Services at Smith & Nephew. Notably, Phil spent over 17 years at GlaxoSmithKline, where multiple leadership roles included overseeing anti-bribery programs, managing service development across several business centers, and directing significant transformations in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
