Parker Michel

Parker Michel is an experienced educator currently serving as a Lead Teacher at the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Indianapolis since January 2024. Prior to this role, Parker held the position of Lead Teacher at Allegiant Preparatory Academy from May 2023 to November 2023 and worked at KIPP Indy Public Schools for four years, fulfilling various roles such as Instructional Coach, AP United States History Teacher, Grade Level Chair, and Founding Pre-AP World History Teacher. Earlier experience includes being a Corps Member with Teach For America and tutoring at the Carnegie Center, along with roles in Fayette County Public Schools and as a history tutor at the University of Kentucky. Parker's educational background includes a National Principals Academy Fellowship at Relay Graduate School of Education and a MAT in Secondary Education from Marian University Indianapolis, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Kentucky.
