Ricky Broussard

Ricky Broussard possesses extensive experience in education and project management. Currently serving as a Jr. High ELA/Resource Teacher at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lafayette, LA since January 2019, Ricky previously held a role as a Mathematics Teacher at Iberia Parish School Board for a brief period in 2018. Prior to that, Ricky worked at Hunter Buildings International, LLC from 2013 to 2018 as a Tender Manager, where responsibilities expanded to include finance and procurement, reporting directly to the CEO. Ricky's career in education began in 1993 at Iberia Parish School Board as a Special Education Teacher, where responsibilities included conducting IEP meetings. Ricky also contributed as a School Technology Trainer from 2010 to 2013. Ricky's academic background includes a Bachelor of General Studies with a focus on Business Administration and Behavioral Sciences, as well as a Louisiana Department of Education Teaching Certificate, with additional graduate-level coursework in Elementary Education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
