Sean Hoeing

Sean Hoeing has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sean started their career as a Legal Assistant at Hogan & Hartson, working in the Litigation and Education Groups. Sean then moved on to become the General Manager, President, and Franchisee of Sylvan Learning, where they managed multiple instructional locations and delivered educational products to thousands of students. After that, Sean worked as the Rapid Response Training Manager at Great Bay Community College, overseeing a grant-funded program in partnership with the Department of Labor. Sean also served as the President and Owner of Learning Tools Inc., where they established a successful testing facility and developed strategic partnerships. Sean then joined Safran as a Sr. Technical Trainer, Organizational Development Specialist, and ultimately as the Human Resources Manager. In these roles, they implemented various strategies and programs to enhance employee performance and support business objectives. Most recently, Sean served as the Chief Operating Officer at Constellations Behavioral Services, responsible for developing and expanding services and leading a large staff. Sean is currently the Director of Operations & Administration at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Manchester.

Sean Hoeing holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Providence College. Sean also has pursued studies in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at The George Washington University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sean has obtained several certifications, including The Six Types of Working Genius from The Table Group in April 2023, Gradual Return-to-work Protocol - Health & Safety from Safran University in June 2020, SHRM-SCP from SHRM in January 2018, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Safran in October 2015, and Practitioner certification from The Predictive Index (specific details unavailable).
