Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix
Rosemary Gaona has extensive experience in educational leadership and advocacy. Currently, as the School Board President for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix since August 2014, Rosemary advises on policy and supports the educational community. As the Founding President of Cancer Compensation Center LLC since August 2016, Rosemary aids cancer victims in navigating compensation claims. Previous roles include serving as a New Teacher Mentor at Littleton Elementary School District and as a Title II Program Specialist at the Arizona Department of Education, where support for professional development was provided. With a background in educational administration and teaching across various capacities, including a 20-year tenure at Tempe Elementary School District, Rosemary has contributed to enhancing teacher preparation and advocacy in Arizona's educational landscape. Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University and further education from Arizona State University.
