Marcelo de Risio

Marcelo De Risio is an experienced electrical engineer and permanent deacon with a strong background in defense communication systems. Since July 2019, Marcelo has been with L3Harris Technologies, serving as a Scientist in Electrical Engineering and Chief Engineer for HF Products, while previously holding senior management roles at Harris Corporation until July 2020. Marcelo's expertise includes overseeing product development and engineering management for high-frequency radio products, as well as program management in Latin America and the Caribbean. Marcelo holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies from Saint Bernard's School of Theology and Ministry, along with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de la Marina Mercante.
