Patrick Dilaura

Patrick DiLaura is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership. As the Principal Owner of DiLaura & Associates since March 2002, Patrick has also served as a Permanent Deacon for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester since June 2010, focusing on the spiritual needs of St. Louis Church's parishioners. Patrick has held significant roles in various organizations, including Chief Talent Officer for Logical Operations and Communispond from December 2018 to December 2023, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Alro Steel from April 2008 to December 2018. Additionally, Patrick was a Vice President at Convergys Intelligent Contact and President of the Human Resources Group at Gallagher. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Administration-Industrial & Labor Relations from Central Michigan University, a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies from St. Bernard's School of Theology & Ministry, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. John Fisher University. Patrick has also contributed to community governance as a Board Member and Compensation Committee Chairman at TalentBridge since January 2011.
