Anca Podoleanu

Anca Podoleanu is a Romanian-Canadian business executive who has over 20 years of experience in human resources and management. Anca is currently the Advisor at Romanian-Canadian MBA.

Podoleanu began their career as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting. After two years, they became the Human Resources Director at Vodafone, where they worked for two and a half years. In 2005, they became the Human Resource Director at PepsiAmericas (QAB bottler at first), where they worked for seven and a half years.

In 2013, they became the Managing Partner at Boyden, a global leader in the executive search industry with more than 65 offices in 40 countries. Anca worked there for nine years before becoming the Managing Director at Choice Executive Advisors Ltd., where they have worked for the past six years.

Anca Podoleanu has an MBA from the University of Ottawa and an M.Ec. from the Academia de Studii Economice din București. Anca studied mathematics and physics at the Liceul de Matematica Fizica nr.3.
