Holly Courter Sphr

Holly Courter, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Holly started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Diamond Triumph Auto Glass in 2002 and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined Romark Logistics as a Senior Human Resources Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources in September 2019, where they currently hold the position.

Holly Courter, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds an MBA in Business Administration from Wilkes University, which they completed from 2005 to 2008. Holly also obtained a BS in Human Resources Management from King's College, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their academic degrees, Courter holds two additional certifications. In 2013, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). In 2015, they achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
