Marius-Cristian Popescu

Marius-Cristian Popescu is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as a Talent Management Senior Consultant at ROMCIM, a CRH Company, since January 2021. With prior experience at OMV Petrom and OMV in various roles focused on Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Talent Management, Marius-Cristian has successfully coordinated numerous leadership programs, facilitated workshops for top management, and contributed to succession planning initiatives. An academic background in psychology, including a Master’s degree from "Titu Maiorescu" University and a Bachelor’s from the University of Bucharest, complements Marius-Cristian's extensive practical expertise in the field.
