Erica Bergum Cmp, Des

Erica Bergum, CMP, DES has a diverse work experience in event management and customer service. Erica most recently served as the Associate Director of Events at Meet Minneapolis, where they played a key role in promoting the city's attributes and managing events. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Destination Services and Events Manager at the same organization. Erica also gained experience as a Sales and Events Manager at Breezin Entertainment and as a Special Events Representative at Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo. Additionally, they worked as a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center and had an internship at Hicks Advertising Group Inc. Erica also has a background in teaching and counseling, having worked as a Swim Instructor and a Camp Kici Yapi Senior Counselor at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities.
