Amy Jennings

Amy Jennings is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in occupational therapy and management. Currently serving as Chief Restructuring Officer at Eastern Star since May 2024, Amy also owns Jennings Cares, LLC since April 2023 and works as a Regional Revenue & Clinical Reimbursement Specialist at Elemental Management Group since September 2022. With a strong background in occupational therapy, Amy has held positions at Rome Health, Acacia Home Care, and State University of New York Upstate Medical University since 2009, 2010, and 2008, respectively. Additionally, Amy served as an Administrator at Waterville Residential Care Center from June 2018 to September 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and Health Care Administration from Utica University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from the same institution.
