Kristen joined Rome Health as interim Chief Nursing Officer in December 2021.
Kristen retired from St. Joseph’s Health in August 2021 and brings with her more than 20 years of senior level clinical experience. Kristen’s leadership as Associate and Interim Chief Nursing Officer at St. Joseph’s was instrumental in supporting the nursing team in navigating the evolving demands of the pandemic. In her roles as clinical director of the Critical Care and Cardiovascular Service Line at St. Joseph’s, STEMI Coordinator at SUNY Research Foundation in Rensselaer and AMI Facilitator at St. Peter’s Hospital, she fostered an environment of collaboration to support the delivery of evidence-based care.
Kristen earned a Master of Science degree in nursing administration from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Russell Sage College in Troy and received her nursing degree from Maria College in Albany.
