Saurabh Gairola

Saurabh Gairola has had a diverse range of work experiences. Saurabh started their career as an Intern at VARROC ENGINEERING PVT.LTD in 2014. Saurabh then went on to work at Auburn University, where they served as a Graduate Research Assistant from 2017 to 2019, focusing on battery management system algorithm development. At Auburn, they also held roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, providing tutoring and enhancing educational experiences for students in physics, math, and control system dynamics.

Most recently, Saurabh worked at Romeo Power, Inc. starting in 2020. Saurabh first served as a Battery Controls Engineer, playing a role in the delivery of balanced, modular, and integrated battery systems. In October 2021, they were promoted to the position of Senior Battery Control Engineer, where they continued to contribute to the development of battery technology with a focus on energy and power density.

Saurabh Gairola obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, Samuel Ginn College of Engineering from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Automotive Design Engineering from UPES between 2011 and 2015. Saurabh also attended Brightlands School, although the dates and the degree obtained are not specified. In terms of additional certifications, they completed courses such as "Fundamentals of Data Visualization in Tableau" and "The Data Science Course 2019: Complete Data Science Bootcamp" from Udemy in October 2019. Saurabh also completed a course in Pro/E from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in April 2013.
