Tim Howell

Tim Howell has over three decades of experience in operations management, currently serving as President and CEO of Romeo RIM, Inc. since August 2011. Tim has a strong focus on Lean Enterprise initiatives, emphasizing Leader Standard Work, 5S, Kaizen, Operational Stability, Quality at Source, Performance Culture, and Stakeholder Satisfaction. Previously, Tim held roles including Operations Manager at Advanced Accessory Systems and Vice President at both Valtec, LLC and Plastech. Tim's career also includes experience as General Manager at Venture Industries and Operations/Engineering Manager at Visteon Automotive Systems. Tim holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
