Olesea Duman

Olesea Duman serves as the General Manager at Romero since February 2020, overseeing a group of three companies focused on financial services, a pawn shop, an online and on-site jewelry store, and exchange services, with operations across 22 agencies in various cities including Galati and Bucharest. Prior to this role, Olesea held the position of Center I Site Director at Webhelp Romania from December 2006 to February 2020, contributing to one of the top BPO centers in Romania before the company's acquisition by Concentrix. Olesea's earlier experience includes roles as a Project Manager and Team Lead at Softwin, as well as positions at DB Schenker. Olesea's education includes an Executive Education program in Sustainable Transition Management at HEC Paris, a Master's degree in Communication and Human Resources Management from SNSPA, and a degree in Economic Sciences with a focus on International Affairs from Universitatea „Dunărea de Jos” din Galați.
