Dardu Bănică

Dardu Banica is an experienced professional in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as the Production Operations Manager for Buzau Asset and Chief of Operations for the South Area at S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. since July 2020. Previous roles include Department Manager and Head of Workover & Well Interventions at Mazarine Energy Romania from November 2017 to July 2020, where substantial production increases were achieved. Dardu's earlier experience includes positions as Heavy Workover Engineer and Workover Engineer at Petrom from December 2012 to October 2017, focusing on compliant well operations and implementing workover operations. Dardu holds a Master's degree in Transport, Distribution and Storage of Hydrocarbons and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești.
