Marvin Joël van Gelderen

Marvin Joël van Gelderen has been working in the field since 2007. In that year they began as an Importer/Agent Benelux for Royal Sunday. In 2008, they moved on to Winnen & Co, where they worked as a Project Manager. In 2011, they were an Intern at Cradle of Development (COD). In 2010, they became Co-Owner of BOUWVAST Bouw en Ontwikkeling. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Masterpiece Development as Chief Commercial Officer, City Upgrade Group as a Property Investor, and Romio as a Strategic Investment Partner and Director Investments.

Marvin Joël van Gelderen studied at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2007-2011, earning a Bachelor of Build Environment in 2011 and a Bouwtechnische Bedrijfskunde (profiel: Vastgoedkunde) in 2011.
