Alexandru Badea

Alexandru Badea is an experienced professional in pharmaceutical development, currently serving as R&D Director and previously as Product Development and Analytical Validation Manager at Rompharm Company since July 2018. Alexandru leads teams in formulation development for injectables and generics, coordinates analytical validation and extractables/leachables programs, and designs scale-up studies for injectable products. Prior to this, Alexandru held the position of Senior Formulation Scientist at Mylan Laboratories Limited and worked in development project management at Rompharm Company. Additional roles include formulation scientist at Sandoz Oncology Injectables and various positions focused on oncology product development at Polipharma Industries and Actavis. Alexandru's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from the University of Bucharest.
