Suat Demokan

Suat Demokan serves as the Head of Group Human Resources at RONAL GROUP since November 2024, and as a Member of the Board of Advisors at FLOWIT AG since June 2021. Previously, Suat held various senior HR leadership roles at Bühler Group, including Head HR Region Europe and Global HR Business Partner for Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain, overseeing significant employee bases and contributing to organizational development and sustainability initiatives. Suat's earlier positions include Sr. Vice President of Global Human Resources at Sulzer Chemtech Division, Executive Vice President at Oerlikon Metco Management AG, and General Manager & Head of Human Resources at Sulzer Metco, among others. Suat's extensive experience in HR is supported by a strong educational background in Management Information Systems from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
