Suat's earlier positions include Sr. Vice President of Global Human Resources at Sulzer Chemtech Division, Executive Vice President at Oerlikon Metco Management AG, and General Manager & Head of Human Resources at Sulzer Metco, among others. Suat's extensive experience in HR is supported by a strong educational background in Management Information Systems from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
