Thomas Fass

Thomas Fass has over 28 years of work experience. Thomas is currently the Head Group Supply Chain at RONAL GROUP, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, Thomas worked at 3M for 28 years in various roles. Some of their notable roles at 3M include Strategic Project Sr. Mgr. EMEA & SC Leader MEA, Supply Chain Planning Manager EMEA, Business Supply Chain Manager EMEA, and Master Data Lead EMEA. Thomas has extensive experience in supply chain management, demand and supply planning, customer service, and lean management. Thomas has consistently achieved targets for service, cost, and cash while optimizing processes and improving operational effectiveness.

Thomas Fass has a Master's Degree in Economics from Fachhochschule Mönchengladbach. Thomas has also obtained certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt. In addition, they have completed a course in Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School Executive Education.
