Steve Geiger has extensive experience in client relations and guest experience management, currently serving as Concierge Manager & Client Relations at TCMA for the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center since December 2005. In this role, Steve oversees the Concierge team, manages group tours, and facilitates student and tour group visits to the food court. Previously, Steve held various positions focusing on customer service, including CARE Program Administrator, and served as Assistant Store Manager at the White House Visitor Center Museum Shop, where management of a diverse team contributed to substantial annual sales. Additional experience includes supervisory roles at the Friends of the National Zoo and the Smithsonian Institution, where Steve ensured high customer service standards across different settings.
