Danel Leclaire, PMP, PRINCE2® PRACTITIONER

Danel Leclaire, PMP, PRINCE2® Practitioner, has extensive experience in project management roles. Danel is currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at Ronati since October 2021. Prior to this, Danel worked as a Senior IT Project Manager at the University of Manitoba from August 2017 to May 2021. Danel also worked as a Senior Project Manager in IT and Network Projects at Bell MTS from June 2016 to May 2017 and as a Senior Project Manager - Consultant at Smart PlanIT from March 2015 to May 2017. Before that, Danel held the position of Senior IT Project Manager at Great-West Life from March 2015 to June 2016. Danel started their career at Bell MTS in 2009, where they served in various roles including Project Manager - Network Services, Associate Project Manager - Network Services, and Associate IT Project Manager. Danel's earliest professional experience was at IBM, where they worked as an Install, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) Coordinator / Project Coordinator from September 2002 to June 2009. Danel'snotable accomplishments include leading a team in automating department functions, successfully managing large-scale computer replacement projects, and successfully transitioning an electronic tool used by a global team.

Danel Leclaire, PMP, PRINCE2® PRACTITIONER, obtained a Diploma in Project Management and Management Certificate from the University of Winnipeg, where they studied from 2008 to 2009.

In addition to their diploma, Danel has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Danel then received the PRINCE2® Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2017, and later obtained the PRINCE2® Practitioner CPD certification from the same institution in December 2021.

Most recently, in October 2022, Danel obtained two more certifications as a PRINCE2® Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
