Brett Gaudreau

Brett Gaudreau is responsible for ensuring the overall health and safety of Roncelli’s team members, trade partners, and customers. Brett’s career in construction began with bricklaying before he moved into telecommunications for safety management. Brett brought his knowledge of safety and construction experience to Roncelli in 2016. Since then, he has enhanced Roncelli’s positive safety culture while reducing accidents and injuries. His most recent accomplishment was leading Roncelli in achieving five million work hours with zero lost-time injuries.
